Insurance
I don’t offer insurance by default. If you wish to have your order to be sent to you with insurance then please let me know when placing your order.
I'm not responsible for lost or damaged orders due the mail if sent without track n trace/insurance. I'll try to make the package as good as possible. Insurance is always possible but it is an higher price. Ask for the actual prices.
Type of shipping
Outside of the Netherlands your Lego will always be sent to you through priority mail and parcel delivery with track n trace. Track n trace is also possible with envelope mail. Ask for the actual shipping costs if you want this service.
Shipping
I will ship the Lego within 3 working days after receiving your payment.
Missing Parts
Every order will be controlled, but I'm still human so a mistake is possible. If you do miss an item, we will make a coupon for it plus 50% of the item value, we will not ship missing items afterwards.Last Updated: 18 Jun 2020
